Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you full authority over your mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email account to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the email mailbox you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
